The author determines that the demographic, including migration policy of the participating countries should be aimed at solving a complex of socio-economic, socio-political, socio-cultural, social and household problems faced by migrants in the host country, and subsequently when returning to the country of origin. The complexity of the tasks requires timely and effective actions not only by government authorities of different countries and leaders of the supranational integration union, but also more active involvement in this process of public organizations that operate on the territory of the participating countries. The author demonstrates that migration processes, on the one hand, can contribute to the creation of a single socioeconomic and socio-cultural space and lead to the strengthening of socio-integration processes. On the other hand, migration processes can provoke conflicts, migrant phobia, and lead to the formation of negative attitudes among the local population and migrants towards each other. The author concludes that it is advisable for the participating states to cooperate with public organizations, which allows, firstly, to use the resource potential to ensure demographic security, and secondly, to promote public organizations to work for the benefit of the population both living in their homeland and migrating to the EAEU countries.
