Abstract

The article focuses on the use of social media and social networks as channels of political participation and political destabilization, which in turn creates various political risks. Accordingly, the understanding of various techniques, methods and means of increasing the riskiness of the political process through social media and networks makes it possible to improve and develop new mechanisms to counter the growth of political tension and uncertainty.
