Abstract

The article analyzes the issues of interrelation and interdependence of the sociocultural situation and political reality; consolidation, ensuring social security, human rights and freedoms, national security - based on humanitarian, cultural, spiritual, moral, religious and other values - against the background of transformational socio-cultural, political and ideological processes taking place in the country. The article contains a rationale for one of the consolidating ideas that dominate Russian society and are in constant evolution - human rights, which also perform an integrative function, orienting peoples and entire states towards mutual assistance and cooperation. Particular emphasis is placed on the principle of solidarity, which is understood as a kind of value of a collectivist nature, meaning spiritual unity, support, mutual assistance and joint actions, based on mutual trust, recognition of rights, duties and responsibilities. It is noted that solidarity, moreover, manifests itself in the system of human rights in a dual sense - legal and moral. Currently, this principle is quite widely used in government strategy, in particular, in the concept of sustainable development. Social forces that in many ways consolidate peoples, as well as acting as a kind of guardians of traditional values (these today are: moral ideals, the priority of the spiritual over the material, a strong family, social service, peace and unity) are almost all existing faiths. The discussion provides examples of the integration worldviews of some of them, showing how today's church is involved in social processes aimed at ensuring social consensus and security. As a result, it is noted that, despite recent political events, value aspects remain one of the main regulators accompanying the formation of Russian national, civil and cultural identity, contributing to an increased sense of patriotism, spiritual unity and mutual cultural enrichment; they also act as a kind of cultural basis for the current concept of national sovereignty and national security.
