Abstract

Network discourse, rapidly accelerating and developing due to the technological digital basis, reconstructs the entire system of socio-political relations. Network discourse-analysis is designed to answer the questions of how social network communities can change mental representations of social and political events and power relations through discourse. The dynamics of socio-political relations, in the authors' opinion, is realized in the direction from the policy of hegemony, discourse domination to negotiability both in the sphere of power and in the sphere of society. The processes of network communication objectively contribute to overcoming the trends of conservation, stagnation and rollback both in the social and political spheres and the gradual, evolutionary democratization of socio-political relations.
