Abstract

the problem of ambivalence in the relationship between the state and civil society, in the interaction of which both cooperation and confrontation are simultaneously present, is analyzed. On the one hand, both the State and civil society are necessary elements of a democratic process aimed at achieving justice. On the other hand, they undermine each other with their properties and actions. It is argued that the interaction of these subjects is mediated by the phenomenon of proto-conflict, which fixes the presence of a certain set of social contradictions in which the actors are immersed, and the processality of their awareness of the inconsistency of relations, goals and interests in the presence of a certain kind of possible threats
