But the global network is becoming not only a place for the exchange of opinions and preferences, but also an arena for social conflicts. The search for correlative points in the defended positions and the achievement of consensus is the main and most difficult task of network discourse. And only the development of discourse processes, and not their suppression by the establishment of any supreme control over the online public space, can lead to the resolution of conflicts and crisis problems.
