Abstract

The article is devoted to the study of the relationship between national, economic and food security of the state, the definition of the process of agricultural production, the formation and distribution of food resources and food consumption. The author's approach and synthesis of the methods involved in the study reflect the relationship between the technological priorities of the country's regions and agricultural sectors in the context of the achieved level of implementation of technological solutions, allowed us to form a system of indicators based on the idea of maximum compliance with the current level of technological development of the country in accordance with global trends, as well as the diagnosis of technological priorities in the context of the country's regions and agricultural sectors. In order to form a scientific result, the process of agricultural production, the formation and distribution of food resources and food consumption is considered, a scheme of food security tools is proposed that allows understanding the interaction between various value chains of food products, as well as with the rest of the economy. A system of practical recommendations has been developed to improve the food security of the regions of the Russian Federation in the field of agricultural production, including measures to increase state support to the regions to update the material and technical base of agriculture, restore the human capital of the industry, improve precision farming technologies of domestic production, develop a forecasting system, ensure the transition to sustainable food systems.
