Abstract

The relevance of this study is justified by the objectives of Russian society to solve acute social problems in the context of the ongoing process of political restructuring of the world and during the special military operation in Ukraine. The article considers examples of the country’s development as a local civilization, which has recently become increasingly entrenched as a geopolitical phenomenon. It is emphasized that the modern strategy of our country’s domestic and foreign policy is directly related to the geopolitical balance and the course of events outside the context of the Russian state.
