ETHNIC INTEGRATION IN THE MODERN WORLD: INSTITUTIONAL FEATURES

Abstract

In the article the institutional features of social processes of ethnic integration in the modern world are analyzed. In the author’s opinion contemporary ethnogenesis is formed in the institutional space of interaction between ethnic differentiation and integration. Ethnic integration implies the fact that ethnic groups and their elites take certain obligations to each other. Key words: ethnic integration, ethnic differentiation, ethnicity, institutions, culture.
