Abstract

The article substantiates the idea that in modern Russia lacks effective ways of eliminating structural violence associated with inequality of large social groups. The authors of the article defended the provision whereby many manifestations of structural violence may be excluded or localized in timely diagnosis, monitoring these phenomena in monitoring mode and using the results of monitoring for adequate measures to prevent them, stressing that the layering of structural violence in Russia implies the existence of a multi-level monitoring system: a municipality, region, Federal Center.
