Abstract

The article examines the socio-economic policy of the modern Russian state as a factor of increased social tensions and enhance their biodiversity, as well as substantiates the conclusion that the process of identification, inspection and rejection mechanisms of social control, involves the development of a conceptually and empirically-based recommendations on the prediction, prevention, optimization of social tensions in Russian society. The solution to these problems, in my opinion, involves the formation and development of sociology as a branch of social science stress.
