According to the RLMS HSE, the decline in the main economic indicators in 2013 there was a significant slowdown in the growth of total household income and expenditure. It marked another decline in economic differentiation of households. Markedly increased public concern employment issues. Against the background of growing uncertainty about the prospects for a successful employment decreased the number of people express a desire to change jobs. The dynamics of social well-being characterized by contradictory trends.
