Volgograd, 2015ISBN 978-5-906733-06-1Posted on site: 11.11.15AbstractThe Article is devoted to the problem of developing evaluation methodologies for human rights, in particular, on the example of judicial protection; it is proposed to formalize the criteria for evaluating human rights in the form of a scale of quantitative indicators that allows us to achieve more objective evaluations in a democratic society. The proposed methodology allows to increase the objectivity of the assessment of human rights provided, inter alia, by non-governmental non-profit organizations, which results in human rights capacity of civil society institutions growing, creates the best conditions for the development of civic participation in the protection of human rights as one of the directions of democratization of Russian society.
