The educational system adapts to the new requirementsin varying degrees of adequacy due to the inertia and autonomy of its development. Changes in the structure and the establishments of the education system that trains young people to work, to some extent, were a response to the new demands of the labor market and society, as well as, to a large extent, a response to a pressure of changed consumer demand of Youth and manifestation of the selectivity of its behavior. At the same time the education system has given the answer to consumer demands, socially differentiated in a new, much more polar than before. The education system is legitimating (by assigning diplomas, certificates, titles) contributes groups of people to take various, inhomogeneous socio-economic positions, thereby giving rise to social reproduction and social inequality of their position regarding the ownership of the material, cultural, symbolic resources.
