Abstract

On the example of the Russian province of Oryol region we traced that in today's representations of Russians (2013) the fair state is first of all the state social, legal, safe for citizens, based on a collectivism, having the national purposes. It demonstrates preserving the main traditional sociocultural ideas of justice in Russia. Thereby, despite implementation in the Russian society in the last quarter of the century of a cult of material success, the concept of justice doesn't come down only to the mutually beneficial treaty tipical for the ideas of justice in the  West societies.
