Novations in Russian Migration Laws in the Context of Law Enforcement (Ending)

Abstract

The article analyzes the enforcement practices of amendments in the Russian migration legislation (legislation on patents, health insurance, testing on the Russian language, the history and legislation of the Russian Federation, innovations in Labor and Tax codes), which entered into force on 1 January 2015. Investigated the context of reforming immigration laws, legislator articulated goals and objectives, compliance with existing enforcement specified goals and objectives, the impact of new legislation on migration situation (on the example of Moscow).
