At the root of happiness

Abstract

The features of modern Russian notions of happiness and possible ways of its achievement, socio-psychological aspects of building a happy life. The emphasis is on the elucidation weighting factors influencing the formation and maintenance of a state of happiness. As one of the problems that hinder many people retain a sense of a happy life, which dramatically exacerbated in the elderly is considered a gradual narrowing of the range of communication and loneliness. On the other hand, there is a positive influence on the formation and maintenance of the state of happiness, reduce hostility, easing intolerance in society and increase interpersonal trust.
