Abstract

The article is devoted to origins, theoretical and methodological grounds, and problems and prospects of activities related to rationalization of management in business organizations. It intends to clarify whether the activities aimed at streamlining management in business organizations have chances to succeed in contemporary conditions, and if so, why and in what forms. This is the third (and final) part of the article devoted to analysis of decision-making model denying the possibility of rationality. The authors analyze schemes containing non-classical treatments of rationality and rationalization, and schemes of decision-making denying feasibility of goal-rational models of decision-making, and also endeavor to define real status of rational choice theory (G. Tsebelis) and to access its credibility.
