It is affirmed that in contemporary sociology the justice is treated not only as an ideal and a value, not only as an object of study, but as a cognitive concept and an explanation principle. Justice as a multidimensional phenomenon is a mediator, concentration and expression of many other basic values of morality and society, such as legitimacy, equality, honesty, recognition, etc.
