Abstract

This article descripted the study of the problem and the system of indicators which characterizing the readiness citizen participation in Russian governance system reform and the factors which determine them. The material is based on the results of a monitoring research in 2012 and 2014 by the Sociology of Management and Social Technologies Center, IS RAS.
