Abstract

In article social and economic aspects of family policy in the Russian Federation are considered; problems and regional practice of the device of orphan children in the replacing families are analyzed. Experiment of regional offices of the Russian children's fund of A. Likhanov on realization of protection programs of the childhood is investigated.
