Social workers about problems in new work ing conditions: sociological analysis

Abstract

In article are provided the regulatory legal acts regulating process of a labor activity of social workers in new working conditions, analyzed their opinions on work regulation. The main problems which social workers have by provision of social servicing in new working conditions are considered: not compliance of standards to units of labor input, cost and the spending efforts for giving services, repeated understating of time for real accomplishment of service; loss of an individual approach to receivers of services; decline in quality of the rendered services; a salary reduction despite increase in a range of job responsibilities, several times growth of the reporting, maintaining paper and electronic documentation. Among positive changes in new working conditions social workers have been noted: advanced training, computer literacy, forming of image of the social worker and improvement of discipline.
