Abstract

Based on the expert assessment and survey results, the second article (see the first part in the Bulletin of VEGU №3 (83) 2016) analyzes the relationship of the main actors of the regional fields of social reproduction of society: the federal government, regional authorities, business structures and civil society institutions. Particular attention is paid to the regional identification combined with the all-Russian and regional (local) one. It shows the relationship between these types and ethnic (ethno-regional) identity. New actors of regional fields, i.e. diaspora-compatriot communities are identified. The issues of identification of border regions are emphasized.
