The workers of the industrial enterprises of injustice at work

Abstract

Indices for measuring justice / unjustice in labour are proposed. The ground are the results received during elaborating a technology of typological analysis for detection of social types of workers as objects of functional management. Expediency of using one of the input indices (social justice in labour collective) as the basic one for monitoring status and dynamics of labour relations in an industrial enterprise is grounded.
