Abstract

Russian Regions show a significant diversity in the development of innovative processes, the dynamics of changeable values for a number of innovative performance, the combination of strong and weak factors. Participation of Russian regions in the innovation process is characterized by a weak influence of the main factors of innovation activity - human capital and, on the other hand, significant influence of the existing territorial inequalities.
