Abstract

In this article on the basis of researches (2007-2014) reveal of empirical phenomenon of labour remuneration fairness displays is accented. For measuring labour remuneration fairness direct and indirect questions are posed and the results of their empirical diagnosis are revealed. It is shown that one common good quality is typical for all of the revealed displays of labour remuneration fairness: to be a reliable support for gradual reforms.
