The main directions of mutual adaptation of local population and migrants in the Republic of Bashkortostan

Abstract

Results of an author's research on a subject are presented in article: A sociological research of mutual adaptation of migrants and the local population in the Republic of Bashkortostan which is carried out at the expense of a grant of the President of the Republic of Bashkortostan in support of young scientists in 2014. The author opens the main directions of mutual adaptation of labor migrants, repatriates and local population, emphasizes the importance of this process for integration of migrants into local society.
