Immersion in crisis contributes to the growth of confidence in the strong institutions, embodies the sovereignty, power and integrity of the state and reduces the level of confidence in weak institutions of autonomous, private and group interests. The negative effects of this redistribution is the loss of the relevance of the relationship between social groups, separate areas of life, government and society.
