Abstract

The transition from socialism to capitalism in our country was accompanied by a radical breaking forms of existence and functions of labor collectives. The previous rules: virtually lifetime employment; identification of their social status through membership in the profession and the labor collective, participation in decision making; broadcast production experience, the presence of the "vertical of competences", forming the head of the authority, its informal leader status, - All this is now ceased to exist almost everywhere. The workforces of today have new forms of existence and new features. They are: joint survival, development of new activities and the development of new rules; identification through a social role in the labor market or in the local community.
