Public policy as an institution and mechanism of implementation of the strategy of partnership between government, business and the nonprofit community (on the example of Kursk region)

Abstract

The Institute for public policy advocates social and political education, the development of which allows to fully realize the potential of constructive interaction of government, business and the nonprofit community. The data for the region indicate that the resource public policy is an important factor for sustainable development of territories and a positive consolidation of the local community, and promotes high motivation of the main actors of cross-sector partnerships.
