Under conditions of the STR such basic theoretical instruments as a communication, safety, environment, resource, mobility, accessibility, threat, etc. acquire a new social sense. Accordingly, an urban guerilla has become one of the focal points of global struggle for resources, and geopolitical domination. The modern urban guerilla is a form of a total risk, and any social actors involved including potential adversaries are subjected to it. On the ground of a secondary analysis and generalization of concepts and vast empirical data following set of issues is analyzed: (1) some theoretical issues related to specificity of modern urban guerilla; (2) a disposition and action regime of immediate and distant forces involved including the role of humanitarian pauses, and an opinion of international civic organizations; (3) local residents as involuntary participants and hostages of the guerilla; and (4) the media as an active participant of such type of urban warfare. The author came to conclusion that if we want to understand a true multisided dynamics of the urban guerilla, we aren’t needed in public opinion studies but in new methods allow us to trace permanently an overall dynamics of a particular guerilla. That is, we are needed in multisided monitoring systems.Авторы:Яницкий О.Н.
