Abstract

In the article we are talking about the possibility of mass sociomental development of modern youth. This is accomplished through the development of communicative skills that characterize the features of understanding  by man of intentionality (meaning) of texts, with whom he met. Initially, as the natural abilities, a high level of communication skills inherent in only a small number of respondents, however, after special training activities, the number of such people is increasing. Experiment for development of communication skills among students, which we held, showed positive dynamics. According to long-term research, representatives of the group with a high level of communication skills more socially active than representatives of other sociomental groups. Semiosociopsihology concept of social communication, which is developed by Russian scientists, allows you the learning and development the communication skills.
