Spiritual orientation of Workers

Abstract

The article is reviewing attitude of workers to moral and spiritual values that re[ect in their self-evaluation of religious behavior and time-budget use (real activity). Analysis is based on information obtained during repeat complex survey on work, household and leisure of industrial plants’ workers in ]ve regional centers of Russia in 2014. Results of analysis of trends and changes in spiritual and moral orientation of workers are also presented.
