Abstract

The article is devoted to the institutionalization of political responsibility as an indicator of democratic development. The key idea is to determine the politicallegal nature of this notion. Given this, it is formulated as a legal liability of all political process actors and as their social responsibility for the data and undertaken obligations through accountability and moral obligations. Such a position makes it possible to substantiate political and constitutional responsibility
