As a theoretical and methodological framework is a set of provisions, arguing the specifics of civic values and behavioral practice of different generations and at the same time, continuity and common socio-cultural foundation. It is shown that in general young people reproduce a spectrum of basic political orientations and attitudes existing in Russian society. At the same time they create new demands, expectations, motivations and practices of behavior. It is concluded that the civil socialization of today's Russian youth reflects its own generation experience, as well as relations between the state and society as a whole.
