Abstract

Migration covers all spheres of society, introducing changes in social structures and changing the life of an individual. In this process, the practices and strategies for the adaptation of migrants are important, the main factors of individual adaptation. Equally defining is the alignment of the adaptation strategies of the migrants themselves, as well as the recognition of differences and respect for the culture and traditions of the visiting local population. Adaptation can not be viewed as a uniquely positive process.
