Abstract

The paper resolves  following  tasks  1) refinement  of social  technologies  (ST};  2) classification  of types  streamlining ST (SST);  3) determination  of specific   2 subtypes  SST  a) one was created for tasks managements (Goal  ensuring SST ); b) for tasks Political Practical (Goal setting SST ).
