Abstract

The concept of the rule of the social is purely innovative and involves a kind of approach to the concept of social. Hence, it is natural to single out the supremacy of the social in ontological reality with a subsequent conception of its nature. The ontology of the supremacy of the social is based on its universal essence, expressed in the common good. It is the supremacy of the social is the main priority in the legitimization of power. Hence the policy of leveling the social, i.e. real inequality, should become the leading one for the Russian social and legal state at all levels. Overcoming economic determinism, political aliens, and the emergence of an institution of political responsibility constitute the vector of the development of the supremacy of the social. It is the concept of the supremacy of social reconciliation of the positions of various political actors. It is the supremacy of the social as the basis of a human-sized social statehood that would act as an integrator of various political views.
