Abstract

The world is gradually entering a new era that is replacing the industrial type of society and it is quite possible to call it the era of communications. Communicative relations and relations are mobile, mobile, unstable and diverse today, they are characterized by multi-vector and multidirectionality. Practices of political relations in modern Russia testify to the emergence of new models, the emergence of new trends in the conditions of the emergence of a new type of society (information) and a new type of state (social). It creates optimal external conditions for effective rational communication in the political field or in the space of diverse social ties, relationships, interactions, allowing virtually all participants to equally influence the adoption of political decisions and their implementation. Thus, the interdependence of the process of the formation of the social state and the development of political relations is evident. Prospects for the development of communicative practices and relations in modern society, obviously, will be associated with technological innovations. The use of the potential of communications in the context of new information technologies appears to be one of the most promising directions for the development of the social state.
