Abstract

All States are bound economies, therefore, the legal regulation of entry into the territory of another state is a significant factor in the relations between States. In this process of illegal migration has become a global issue affecting the economic crisis. Need a new perception of specific migration trends, a processor of transformation in society, a clear migration policy, which would allow to overcome the negative effects and make constructive use of the benefits of international migration. The conclusion of bilateral and multilateral readmission agreements is an important direction in migration policy.
