Abstract

We are talking about qualitative changes in the mentality of modern man in comparison with the pastcentury. These changes are caused by large, technocratic, and information and communication changes. Domestic developments allow to put the task of improving and expanding the mental abilities of modern man. Meaning skills adequate orientation in information and communication environment.
