Abstract

In this article we consider the factors influencing interethnic accord among workers. The hypothesis of a research was that increasing level of education, qualification and welfare of young worker favorably influences the attitude towards people of other nationality, readiness for interaction in labor and informal spheres of communication, perception of migration.
