The specifics of scientific and practical relevance in the subject field of sociology of management are also being examined. It is argued that the degree and depth of its theoretical and methodological bases are directly dependent on the quality and actual level of knowledge, which are claimed by the authors of the theses. Despite the increased number of publications on the mentioned discipline, the unwillingness of scientists to get acquainted with creativity of the colleagues remains the main problem. This fact, in turn, demonstrates a direct distortion in the operationalization of key concepts and terms. It can also negatively affect the studied object as the problems and the purposes of many works submitted on thesis defense, are not included in the subject field of the sociology of management. The research results show that by means of the qualitative analysis it is possible to reveal and typify the main methodological spelling errors of candidate theses.
