Abstract

The paper considers data on a certain group of respondents of the complex monitoring of the level and quality of life of elderly Moscovites (XI wave, 2016). Social services for the older generation are provided both directly in the Social Services Centers and at home. Since elder ly people who receive home services are considered to be the most vulnerable and weak categories of people in need, this article analyzes the socio - demographic characteristics of elderly respondents in the survey, consisting on home - based social services to assess whether this is so in fact.
