Abstract

The review discovers the key issues and the content of the book as well as the path of the current theoretical discussions knwn as 'posthumanism'. The author of the book examines indigenous communities of the Upper Amazon River created a sophisticated and delicate cultural-linguistic model of relationshio with both their natural environment and constantly changing socio-political environmnrts. He based his ideas on the extended fieldwork in the region.
