Abstract

The problems of transformation of the higher education and institutional shifts are under the consideration. Classical university facing new challenges, reshape and reconsider its mission, and priorities. Leadership and innovations are becoming its new substancial identification. Beeing open and redirected towards the generation next, the very university is slightly comsciously becoming the postuniversity, with its new politics, ideology and coporate ethics.
