Abstract

Rape is seen as an interaction with an unjustified trust on the part of the victim. It is shown that rape is a highly tolerant type of crime for objective and subjective reasons, its consequences for the victim and society are underestimated. The victim is initially in a social vacuum, the rape amplifies its social exclusion. It is alleged that the motives for rape are in most cases unrelated to sexual tension (lust). The classification of situations and conditions of rape is given. Social and psychological work with victims and discussion of the problem are necessary.
