Abstract

The article examines the issues of small business enterprise functioning in Russia. The author notes that there are a number of serious problems impeding the effective development of small business in modern Russia. Many such problems are associated with the financial crisis effects. The current situation requires the implementation of measures aimed at optimizing adaptation strategies of small businesses to the recent economic crisis, the effective development of enterprises in the sector. This problem can be solved with the help of the Strategy for the Development of Small and Medium-Sized Entrepreneurship in the Russian Federation until 2030.
