Abstract

The organizational ethics is important ethical climate in the organization. For ethical climates understand the enduring characteristics of the ethics of the organization. Based on the following criteria: performance evaluation of the organization's members in their work; evaluation of the objectives of the organization as a whole can identify three main types of ethical climate, namely: market, bureaucratic and clan ethical climate.
