Abstract

The article examines the impact of corporatism as a system of attitudes and values of professional activity of subjects of administrative control. The author comes to the conclusion that in the current situation, the realization of corporatism as belonging to a particular group, contributes, on the one hand, to raise standards of professionalism and responsibility, with another - creates difficulties in communications with the subjects of managerial influence.
